This condo features a fully equipped kitchen for home-style meals. The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware, utensils, and cups are available for tiny travelers. Linens and beach towels are provided. A courtesy supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, a trash bag, and dish and laundry detergent, is included. A washer and dryer is not offered inside the unit, but there is a pay-per-use community laundry room available on the same floor next to the stairway.
Up to 2 vehicles can be accommodated in the parking lot, with provided parking passes.
This condo is in its own little slice of paradise, directly across the street from gated beach access. Situated right on Scenic Highway 98, you'll find many restaurants and beach stores. A few minutes' drive in either direction will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, and many grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions for all ages. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. Situated right on the Miramar Beach/Destin line, you'll find that everything is just a short drive away. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking.
As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This partner does not permit pets at any time. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony at any time. Guests should bring along any spices, condiments, and oils they may need, as perishable or non-perishable items are not provided. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST.
