Enjoy vaulted ceilings in the living room and step out onto the balcony. A shower and tub combo is available in the en-suite bathroom.
Enjoy access to a seasonally heated community pool and hot tub, community charcoal grills, and pay-per-use laundry facilities located on the same floor as the unit. Parking is conveniently located close to the building.
Shelly Sands is perfectly situated on the Destin/Miramar Beach line, directly across the street from gated beach access. You're also right along Scenic Highway 98, offering proximity to numerous restaurants, beach stores, and beautiful sandy white beaches. A short drive in either direction leads to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, and various grocery stores and attractions.
Please be aware that the exterior of the building is currently undergoing painting and minor repairs, which may cause some noise or exterior disruption. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity is not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges. Golf cart, trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex and may incur towing fees. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. The air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees; guests are responsible for repairs if AC issues are caused by freezing the unit.
