The condo is equipped with a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations.
