This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring a king bed and large walk-in closet in the primary suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the cozy living room with your favorite show or relax with a refreshing drink on the screened patio. The full kitchen is equipped for your convenience.
Street parking is available for 2 cars. Beach towels are not provided.

For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. NO PETS. Any violation of the no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house, and/or linens. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony.
