This home features a fully fenced private yard with a large pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. The well-appointed kitchen includes full appliances, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, are provided for your convenience.
An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for cruising to the beach and back. Please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Pets are allowed with prior approval, a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in this state. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Pool heating is not available at this property. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup. Failure to return trash cans after pickup may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
