This home features a fully fenced private yard with a large pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. The open-concept living and kitchen area offers a comfortable sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV with included Sling TV, and direct access to the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, are also provided.
An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for cruising to the beach and back. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from a local beach service exclusive to this beach access. Guests can bring pets upon approval for a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs allowed. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, while ADA-registered service animals are exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup.

Noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp due to this being a residential community. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This is a non-smoking community. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property before check-in or after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. This property does not host student groups or groups under age 25 without a parent or guardian present. Events and parties are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup. Failure to return trash cans after pickup may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned. Pool heating is not available at this property.
