This home features a fully fenced, private yard and a large pool. The living room area is spacious and offers a cozy sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room and is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer is offered in the home, right off the kitchen for easy access. An ironing board and iron are provided for guest use as well.
An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a Dollar General for any last-minute items. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery as well. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Events and parties are not permitted. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted.
