COASTAL SOUL is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, whether it's in the common TV area, hunkered down in the dedicated workspace, chilling in a bedroom, or hanging out grilling poolside. Attention was given to every detail, to include luxury pillows and bedding, and most everything you could possibly need for your stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a pet-friendly backyard oasis with palms and a pristine pool/spa. Great lounging areas, some shaded, and pool toys. You’ll love the coolers and all the beach stuff, even a wagon!
Please note the pool heater is off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.
The entire property is available to only you during your stay.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Trash and recycling should be placed at the street the night before pickup on Wednesdays for both recycling and trash bins, and on Saturdays for the trash bin only. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use. Load and run the dishwasher before checkout. Do not put anything inside the garbage disposal that could cause clogs. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Do not touch pool equipment behind the house. The pool remote is not waterproof. No jumping off the spa into the pool as this will cause the tile to break. Absolutely no parties allowed!
