The lanai has two chairs and an outdoor coffee table for casual meals and relaxation. There is a one-car attached garage along with a spot to park a car on the driveway. The front door of the coach home is located on the right side of the building. A very private screened lanai is accessed from the family room and the main bedroom with lake views.
