The home offers a second full-sized bathroom with a shower and tub combo, dining seating for six indoors and six outdoors, seating for two at the kitchen counter, and two at the breakfast nook. A very private screened lanai is accessible from the family room and the main bedroom. Guests can also enjoy a one-car garage with a beach wagon, two beach chairs, and an umbrella, although only one car can fit as the owner keeps a car inside.
