Enjoy a very private screened lanai that is accessed from the family room and the main bedroom. Beach towels and beach bags are available for guests' use.
There is a 1-car garage with a driveway, and there is a beach wagon, two beach chairs, and an umbrella in the garage. Note that it is a 2-car garage, but only one car can fit in it as the owner keeps a car inside.
Centrally located in north Naples, the closest beach is Vanderbilt Beach, which is less than 5 miles away. Lakeside is a lovely gated community located centrally in north Naples, Florida. There is a large and scenic lake in the center of Lakeside, and local shopping is abundant. Within 10 minutes of this home are The Shoppes at Vanderbilt, The Pavilion, The Mercato, and Waterside Shops. A variety of grocery stores within 10 minutes are Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Aldi, and Seed to Table.
Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing.
