Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional application fee not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for processing. This is a self check-in property. You will receive the codes to check in once full payment has been received and 2 weeks prior to move in, whichever comes first. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation for both the gate and the condo for your safety.
