Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets are allowed, without any exceptions. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional application fee not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for processing. This is a self check-in property. You will receive the codes to check in once full payment has been received and 2 weeks prior to move-in, whichever comes first. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation for both the gate and the condo for your safety.
