The lanai features a dining set for two, a loveseat with an outdoor coffee table, and two oversized chairs. A cabinet on the lanai contains beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. Guests can use the full-size washer and dryer located inside the condo.

Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away, and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles).
