This is a quiet neighborhood, not suitable for parties or large events. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. No outside music is permitted at any time. The minimum renter's age requirement is 26 years old. Guests must be confirmed booked guests only, with no visitors unless approved by the host. The booking adult must stay as a guest during the entire rental period. If guests bring more people than originally booked or fail to disclose a pet, the reservation will be canceled, and all guests will need to depart immediately without a refund.
