The screened outdoor living area is designed for enjoying Florida days, with dining space, loungers, and a gas grill. The heated saltwater pool includes a shallow lounging area. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for vacation cooking, offering a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of small appliances. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a queen-size sofa bed, and a TV with Comcast Xfinity, plus board games and toys for family time.
Guests have access to 4 adult bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and beach towels, a beach wagon, and a variety of beach toys for kids. The garage is available for guest use, housing the washer and dryer. Pets are welcome, with a limit of 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs weighing 35 pounds or less, for a fee of $50 per pet per stay. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited.
