Relax in the comfy family room with a 54-inch flat-screen smart TV, overlooking the sparkling heated pool and private outdoor living space. Glass doors open to a covered patio with a round table seating eight. The south-facing heated pool is surrounded by comfortable seating and lounge chairs.

Naples Park is a popular vacation area due to its close proximity to beaches, shopping, and dining. Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum renter's age requirement is 26 years old. Confirmed booked guests only are allowed on the property; visitors must be approved by the host. Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time. Outside music is not allowed at any time. The booking adult must stay as a guest during the entire rental period. If a guest brings more people than originally booked or fails to disclose a pet, the reservation will be canceled, and all guests will need to depart immediately without a refund.
