This is a pet-friendly rental, limited to 2 pets per stay. The property manager has the right to question breed and size, and may charge a penalty if a mess is left. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details after booking for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Any violation of house rules, including disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest limits, unauthorized gatherings, illegal activity, excessive cleaning or trash, or unauthorized use of pool heater, may result in charges to the credit card on file. Parties and special events are strictly prohibited. Falsified reservations are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and may result in legal action.
