Very Rude Management

Management has been incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout my experience. Instead of providing clear answers and taking responsibility, they repeatedly changed their explanation and treated my reasonable attempts to recover my own money as an inconvenience.
Their communication has been defensive and disrespectful, with absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability. Basic customer service should not require this much chasing, arguing, and frustration. I would strongly… caution anyone considering doing business with this property.

Disappointing Tour

The lack of an elevator is extremely inconvenient, especially when living on an upper floor. The living rooms are also far too small and poorly designed for comfortable everyday living. For the price, the apartments should offer much better functionality and space. I would recommend carefully considering these issues before signing a lease.

Nope

Would not recommend. The entire experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult. Communication was inconsistent, basic questions took multiple follow ups, and getting anything resolved seemed to require constant chasing.

For a professionally managed community, I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness. Instead, the process left a very poor impression and made us feel like once they had our money, urgency disappeared.

There are too many other apartment… communities in the area to settle for this level of service. Definitely do your homework and read the recent reviews before applying.

Typical runaround and poor management

Extremely unprofessional experience. We decided to go with a different community, yet management is still holding our application security deposit. We were originally told a check would be cut and mailed out, and now we’re being told we can fill something out online to receive a virtual prepaid card instead. The problem is they still haven’t even sent the link.

Getting our own money back should not require this much chasing, conflicting information, and repeated follow-up.
Beyond the management… issues, the property itself was disappointing. There are NO elevators, the walls are extremely thin, and the living rooms are surprisingly small.

At this point, we honestly couldn’t be more relieved that we decided to go with another community. Between the property itself and the way management has handled something as simple as returning our money, it feels like we dodged a bullet. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the management and maintenance team at Marlowe. They responded to my maintenance request almost immediately and resolved the issue correctly on the first visit. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property and providing excellent service to their residents. Highly recommend!
