....great neighbors...prompt maintenance...TERMITES EVERYWHERE...OUTDATED AMENITIES...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMMUNICATION IS AWFUL!!!
Everything within America is a business one way or another and how you conduct your said business is how you remain lucrative and successful...this is not that kind of business as it's conduct is lackadaisical.

Received a letter of payment due of… 2 months rent (only if the unit is vacant as per my broken lease agreement) after I haven't heard word from them even when I sent them notice in July for September they had no recollection of then to forward an email of it with no response to it, I called the office. The audacity of a leasing agent with a total disregard of what I was saying, brushing me off and doing nothing to ease my concern of the total lack of proper communication just repeatedly conversing about my lease which I read knowing what I signed. Stating in a smirky snotty way, "I'm sorry no one contacted you with a week by week status." Come on!!!! You sent this now then tell me I am to be charged for the 15 days of November if still not rented out...!!!!!! They don't care plain and simple. I am to trust they're not renting it out by how well they have been forthcoming with me????...lol...smh.
I don't care how many tenants to how many units...there should be someone concerned enough to do their due diligence. If there was someone present from the moment I gave my notice til now this wouldn't have even been written.
If you value your hard earned money spend it elsewhere because this place is worthless.

I have lived here for about a year. I love living here. It is perfect for me. I am close to everything....the beach, 5th Avenue and Downtown. The girls in the office are great. If I ever need anything, they are always eager to help. The guys are quick to fix things when I need something done. The property in clean and well manicured. I could not have picked a more perfect apartment for me.

Not knowing Naples very well a friend recommended to go to Naples 701. When I arrived, the landscaping looked immaculate and the buildings freshly painted, there were people walking around and it felt as if time stopped, no rush, no rude people... I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to call home.
