The maintenance team, Yoan and Fausto are always so helpful, and friendly. Helped us with our AC when it went out promptly, it's working better than ever. They're always friendly, helpful, and make sure everything is ok whenever I see them. Glad to have them here and happy to be here.

I lived at Arbor View Apartments (now known as Somerset Palms) for 3.5 years, and I have mostly positive things to say about my experience. While the complex had some areas for improvement during my time there, it seems like they've made some impressive upgrades in recent years.

Pros:
- The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and they've become more luxurious with recent renovations.
- The management team is friendly and professional, and they've been consistently responsive to… maintenance requests and other concerns.
- Rent was affordable during my time there (around $800 for a 2-bedroom apartment in 2003), although I'm not sure how much it has changed since then.
- The fitness center and pool have undergone significant improvements and are now top-notch amenities that residents can enjoy.

Cons:
- The location is not ideal for those without their own transportation, as it's not close to public transportation and there are limited options for grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

I just relocated to the area and finding an apartment has been a slow frustrating process. I drove by Somerset Palms today and decided to pop in and check it out. Britney, the leasing manager, was so warm and inviting! She quickly showed me a cute unit and helped me through the Application process while making it feel easy, which was incredibly helpful after a challenging apartment hunting process. If everything goes as planned, I hope to be a new resident in just a couple days!

I first moved here during the walk of Covid and it was very quiet, after Covid lifted everything became so lively. Kids skating, people riding bikes. It’s so cozy here.
