Outstanding Maintenance Service from Ray
Ray, the maintenance manager, deserves a huge thank you! While he was on vacation, I requested repairs for my balcony screen, floor tile, and ceiling. I was told to wait for him, and now I see why—he gets things done!
As soon as Ray returned just a couple of days later, he came straight to my apartment and got to work. In less than an hour, my floor was fixed. The next day, my screen was repaired, and a contractor was already scheduled to fix my ceiling. His efficiency and attention to detail... really stood out.
This place needs more people like Ray! He works fast, makes sure everything is done right, and truly goes above and beyond. I appreciate his hard work—thank you, Ray!

First of all if I could leave a 10 star review I would for Marisol, she is the most understanding, patient manger. She multitasks all day to tend to every tenant! Keep up the great work!

Amazing
Waverley Place has the best maintenance team around. Their friendly staff is always ready to help and I would recommend living here to anybody looking for a nice and quiet place to live!
