Redland Crossings

This has to be the worst unprofessional property in Miami-Dade Florida. First, let me start off by the hallways are always filthy and dirty, worms are always crawling into the apartment through the bottom front door (management hasn’t even bother to help with that situation) Second, as you read previous comments below we are in a global pandemic due to Covid and they truly raised the rent with only a week or so noticed (management was not considerate to help renters and pause raising rent for... the moment) Third, just as today 10/27/2020 a random towing truck started to put stickers on all cars parked on the side, Thank god I saw, went outside and they worker was surprised that I had no clue about this, mind you we have not had ONE noticed given to us about warning of parking situation what so ever. if you walk around there is not one towing sign in this neighborhood at (REDLAND CROSSING)! Don’t get fooled by the looks & prices it’s definitely not worth living here! Management sadly does not care for there tenants at all. Besides the apartment being absolutely amazing, the management is respectable, helpful, and super responsive. 5 stars from me!
