South Pointe Apartments

I recently just moved from here everything in south pointe apartments are cheap tile had cracks they did not tell me when I first moved in I had to split the water bill with my whole building!!!! Most of the time I wasn’t even home they didn’t care I still had to pay 100 dollars for WATER!!! They stopped pest control I had roaches all in my apartment, my toilet did not flush I complain to them about it they didn’t do nothing that’s why a lot of my neighbors moving out!! the service sucks I do… not recommend nobody to live here Luisa is the most nastiest person I ever met in my life she do not care about her tenants a lot of stuff was broke inside of my apartment i had leaks under my kitchen cabinet I called & called for them to come fix it nothing lusia just money hungry I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!! This place is a nightmare to live in . The area is terrible , this supposed luxury style apartment doesn’t even have security . Aside from the very disgusting , rude , and uneducated staff , the apartment is not worth leasing. Shootings , robberies and living amongst bad apples is only a short list of what to expect living here.

The biggest mistake I made was signing a lease here .

From living here almost a year they built these apartments fairly quick and poorly tile has stains everywhere floor has holes so ants are in my apartment walls are super thin. I hear my neighbors arguments EVERY night. As far as the leasing office they never answer the phone and they are rude. Community is pretty big with no pool. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE

The attention is horrible! Days that will not have the office !!! Charge up for supposedly a gym and is not open 24 hours ??? Only office hours and if they are !!! It is a lack of respect and a mockery towards the tenants that we pay all those entertainments to use them when we can !!! Certainly horrible and the worst attention !!!
