This is a beautiful home in the Orangewood Lakes 55+ Mobile Home Community. It is very clean and well-maintained throughout. The floors are tile and laminate so it is easy to keep clean. There is a washer and dryer INSIDE the home . Central air keeps you cool and there is a screened lanai so you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather. The roomy bathroom has a shower with a TUB which is something some homes do not have. Both bedrooms are a nice size and the kitchen has lots of storage and room for a table and chairs and has a flat-top self-cleaning stove. Ceiling fans are in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom to help cut your energy costs. This is perfect for a couple or two friends who want to share a home.
