Not quite as advertised
The marketing ads are misleading. The balcony is actually a shared walkway. There is no garbage disposal as advertised. The fully equipped kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The rents listed are way out of date as the rent increases every six to twelve months. In less than two years, during which I have paid my rent on time every month, my rent has been increased three times for a total of $80.00 per month. I moved in here in a second story apartment only because there is an elevator and I was... promised that I would be put on a waiting list for downstairs. The elevator breaks down often. Last time it did it took two weeks to repair and apparently the waiting list promise was a lie. three downstairs apartments have recently been rented to new people. Oh, and It's one street away from crack alley. It's an okay place to live if you go into it with your eyes open.
