Every thing is good about it except for the massive roach infestation that they do nothing about

We love how small the complex is. Can't hear beach traffic. We know everyone here and the entire team treats us like family. We had minor issues pop up over the years but they always resolve them in a timely matter. So no complaints on our end. Great community feeling cause everyone says hello!

First off, I want to say that I have been living here for a while and I am completely and utterly disappointed about the property. Overall it is a pretty quite apartment complex except for the fact that the people surrounding me are always loud and yelling and random cars will come through blasting music. There is also people that smoke constantly and the smoke travels through the vents and into my apartment! There is no hot tub like shown in the pictures. There are several cockroaches crawling… around when the people are supposed to come and spray every month (they DON'T)! The people who own this property don't allow you to poke anything through the walls so that means NO CURTAINS for privacy, because the blinds in the living room will find a way to come off sometime between 1-2 months. People leave their dog poop everywhere. In your buildings before you enter your apartment, they are dirty 24/7. Lastly, the paint in the bathroom will start bubbling after taking a shower in the there only so many times. Sadly my family has not been able to move because of financial situations and the fact that they raise the price every time you renew the lease. So, if your family is very clean, I would NOT recommend living here. But, if your family doesn't really care about the several reason above, then I say go for it! Read More
