Ashely Manager

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Ashley, the manager. During our interaction, her demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional, and unfortunately, she was not willing to provide the assistance we were requesting. The matter itself was very simple and only required her to repeat an email address so that we could clearly understand the information being provided. Instead of taking the time to assist us and address our concerns, we were left feeling… dismissed and frustrated.
As a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help customers resolve even the simplest of concerns. Good customer service involves clear communication and making an effort to ensure that customers feel heard and properly assisted. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Ashley, and the way the situation was handled made what should have been a simple request unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant.

PERFECT!

I have been living here for two months now. I love everything about it. I especially love the location for me and my two teens…it’s close to the High School, close to Northwest college, and Eglin AFB! The front office staff is also awesome…they are willing to help you in anyway they can. It’s a beautiful property with the best amenities. It deserves higher than 5 stars to be honest!

Perfect location and great amenities

Perfect location surrounded by a ton of sidewalks which make running and walking super easy and enjoyable. Great gym and pool too. The staff is incredible and always eager to assist in any way they can.

Wonderful Property

Just moved in and am already loving the apartment and all the amenities!! The pool is super relaxing and the dog park has more than enough space for my sweet dog to get her energy out!
