The property is smoke-free and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
