I’ve lived here for 4 years, the tranquility, the views, central location and sense of community is unmatched.

Except the view , there is only issues in this building …. From dirty people , to dirty lobby and pool , leaks in unit, lack of maintenance , lack of courtesy from the staff , overpriced , everything is wrong

Do not rent from this place! I was so excited to start living here because everything seems fine on the outside. I've had nothing but problems since being here. I cannot sleep, either. The gym is on the 2nd floor and I live on the 3rd. Every time people drop their weights, you hear a large thud because of how thin everything is. I've tried to get in contact with management on 3 separate occasions and have gone ignored. The elevators are never working and are constantly out of order all the time.… They have an entire room filled with lockers for packages that never gets used. You're forced to wait on the receptionist (to be fair, are lovely people). People walk and slam doors here on the inside at all hours of the night. Many of the benefits they boast about are fictitious.
Several of the "security gates" do not work and are not secured, ever. About 25% of the safety lighting is either not working or was never completed. Poles with no lights. Large sections of the walkway around the property are completely unlit at night. The gates that are supposed to be closed at 9PM each night are mostly left open, and when they are closed they are not secure. The hallways are FILTHY which gets tracked into the apt. When it… rains, large pools of water find the low spots in the hallways and you walk through water that they rarely clean up.
People from the other apt buildings walk their dogs and use the pools, so the pools are packed on the weekends and the people generally have zero respect for anyone else by playing music loudly.
And the amount of dog poop that people do not pick up is ridiculous! Walk in the grass at your own risk. Poop everywhere...even on the walkway! People don't even pick up poop on the main walkway.
Broken elevators, fire alarms at all hours, parking issues, broken pool furniture, stairwells that have never been cleaned, I could go on, but you get the idea.
I think the best word to describe this overall complex is "minimal". They do the absolute minimal required upkeep and effort for the entire complex.
