The Asher is a gem in an up and coming area. Very peaceful place.

I literally just moved into The Asher and I'm already blown away by the exceptional service and beautiful amenities! Claudia, the property manager and her team, Indhira and Angie are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was treated like family. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made the entire move-in process seamless. They helped make a stressful situation seem easy. They were helpful in explaining everything we needed to do and even gave me some really… great recommendations for restaurants in the area. I went to Porto Havana located 1.5miles away and got a really great Cuban Sandwich. (Read my review there). Upon signing the lease they gave us a welcome present. I chose the milk frother since I am a big coffee guy. They give you a choice of some cool home essential things.

The apartment itself is stunning - modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and more storage space than I know what to do with! Really great quartz counter tops and new cabinets were clean and modern. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room were a great addition and will definitely help keep the apartment cool. I love the large balcony. Perfect for outdoor get togethers.

I've already had a chance to explore the amenities and I'm impressed. The pool is gorgeous, the gym is top-notch, and the clubhouse is perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends.

What really stands out to me, though, is the sense of community. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly and welcoming, and I can tell that the management team really cares about creating a positive living environment. The Asher really tries to make it’s community a family. They throw events to get the residents together. For example they already have a St. Patrick’s Day Party planned at the management office with different food trucks attending. That should be a lot of fun. I look forward to going to more of these events for all the yearly holiday festivities from Easter, to 5 De Mayo, to 4th of July, to Christmas. I am excited to meet my neighbors and have new long lasting friendships and memories.

I'm so glad I chose The Asher as my new home. If you're looking for a place to live that truly feels like a community, I highly recommend checking it out! I hope to call you neighbor soon.

Look Closely Before You Rent Here

The ONLY thing I liked about this community is the valet trash. With that said, now the bad...and there is A LOT.
The apartments are not worth the price. Old washer and dryer (dryer takes 3 hours to dry a load), the A/C did not come with a heating unit and insulation is very poor causing mold issues. Owners made superficial upgrades (new countertops, lighting, cabinet doors, etc but its the same old guts. Management makes promises they do not keep and Maintenance is a complete joke. I had to… put in several service requests to get an issue fixed properly. I've heard of other residents begging the contractors hired to do work to fix basic stuff around their apartments. The final straw was that my apartment was flooded by incompetent vendors trying to fix the A/C and worsened the mold issue. No attempt by management to address and it caused me serious health issues. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Property managers are awesome I had the pleasure of working with assistant property manager Isamar forgive me if I spelt her name incorrectly but this woman is an Angel so understanding and genuine her compassion and empathy for people and their situations is remarkable just saintly she’s amazingly the best and that’s from the heart. Best thing to happen to this community was the new owners and managers won’t even give the previous company and staff the satisfaction of even trying to compare to… landmark and their management team

TERRIBLE PLACE

Management is a joke. There's always trash all around the complex and the police are always here.

Nice place to live

I'm taking a minute to let the staff here know how much we appreciate all the work they do. I know it's an apartment building and it's expected, but they've gone out of their way for me and family many times and I'm so grateful. I'm a single mom and it means a ton. We love it here, my kids enjoy the community and even better, they allow pets! It's clean, nice neighbors and most importantly, safe. Our home is perfect, everything works and I could not be happier.
