The house is very close to I-95 for easy access throughout South Florida by car and close to the main bus depot for easy bus transportation.
Please clean up after using the BBQ; if the grill is not cleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee might apply. No smoking is allowed inside the house. The landscaper will enter the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and the pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Four single double-thick air mattresses can be provided upon request.
