I’ve had a wonderful experience at Marina View. The waterfront location is beautiful and peaceful, and the canal views make the apartments feel especially relaxing. The building is well maintained, secure, and conveniently located near Aventura, Sunny Isles, shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
I especially loved having a private balcony. It was such a nice bonus. The management and maintenance teams have also been friendly, attentive, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. I would... definitely recommend Marina View to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live in North Miami Beach.

Positive experience-Recommend
I've had a great experience living here. The management team communicates clearly and responds quickly whenever I have a question. The property is always clean and well maintained, and it's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this community.
