I moved in this month with help from Henry and I'm so thankful the process went smoothly! I love my new apartment and I also love that they do events for the residents. I have lived in other apartment complexes and this place is already more impressive!

Just moved in last week and whole process was very smooth. Apartment is very spacious, modern and for the price - literally PERFECT! Safe community, love the amenities. And separate thank you to my leasing agent Jasha :)

Within my first month of living here, an iPad I ordered was stolen from the mailroom before I could retrieve it. Although security cameras are installed, it was stated that nothing could be done. In January—five months after moving in—our dishwasher stopped working. Despite multiple maintenance requests, follow-up emails, in-person visits to the office, and working from home to coordinate access, it remains unfixed as of mid-April. We have now spent over 40% of our lease term washing dishes by... hand, in a unit that had a dishwasher listed as an appliance.

During this period, our kitchen sink also developed a significant leak, causing water to pool under the cabinet and rendering the kitchen effectively unusable. It took over three days for management to respond, during which time we relied exclusively on the bathroom sink. Read More

Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Despite my vehicle being properly registered, it has been towed on two separate occasions, causing both inconvenience and unnecessary expenses. This indicates a serious lack of organization and oversight on the part of the management team.

Additionally, I have experienced multiple instances of package theft, both from the locker system and directly outside my apartment door. Despite bringing these concerns... to management’s attention, there has been no meaningful follow-up or improvement in security measures. This lack of action leaves residents feeling unprotected and undervalued.

I strongly urge potential residents to consider these ongoing issues before moving in. Accountability and resident safety should be a top priority, but sadly, that has not been my experience here. Read More

Roach infested. Mold in units. Terrible unprofessional services. Not worth it.
