Bayview Palms

Moving here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. I stayed hoping things would improve, but they didn’t. The garage and balconies are under construction, and after 11 p.m., there’s no parking. Twice they tried to tow our car—even though the parking staff told us where to park. Management is terrible, the building smells bad, there are cockroaches, and complaints are ignored. The fire alarm goes off randomly, even at 3 or 4 a.m.—I have proof. It’s noisy, stressful, and not suitable for kids or... pets. Avoid this place. Read More

If you live with someone and have two cars, they only have one parking designated for the apartment the other car must use a parking called "open". What no realtor will tell you is that there are like 5 "open" parking spaces and good luck finding one when you need it. (There are people here with 3 cars) The rules are never clear. Your car will be towed by any reason at any moment and no one takes responsibility for it. The administration even assigned me a parking space that belonged to someone... else! The building administration is lazy, unprofessional and irresponsible. This could be a good place to live if you don't mind all the noise but the parking situation here is dire. I run from work as early as I can just to get somewhere to park. Stay away from this place is not worth your peace of mind. I regret moving here with all my heart. The apartment are nice good storage space and nice kitchen size, the neighborhood is great a lot of restaurant, Costco, Target, Ross TJ max LA fitness and so much more

Is a one room apartment with a nice livingroom, kitchen and balcony. It has a great smartTV, fridge, high speed internet and a half bathroom. My room has a vestier and a shower with bathtub. The apartment has direct access to the balcony, is in the second floor and is surrounded by bayview buildings. There's a lot of restaurants, markets and cool places around because is very close to the boulevard. Located close to the beach.

The building is very pretty and have a nice access, easy to park and... there's good security around. The common areas are well maintained too, very pet friendly people and neighbors are polite. I really love my apartment. Read More
