Lies

GCL (YMP) Management breaking the law. I was told repeatedly by management that I would receive my entire deposit. I feel like such a fool, I believed them, I trusted them...Florida statute 83.39, says I am entitled to my refund after 15 days if no deductions, and even if, its been 30 days and accounting doesn't even have my account info (I called YMP). I've talked to three different YMP employees & of course nobody has an answer, just a lot of "we dont know, we can't, It's a long process..."

A+++

New management is doing a great job. When something needs attending to the response time is same day / same hour. I feel safe here in this property and this neighborhood. Lobby, gym and other amenities are all very nice. Lake views are beautiful. Pool is pretty. Apartment size is good. Great value.

Recently renovated apartments

This property is under new management and has gone through interior renovations. It may look outdated on the outside, but the apartments, lobby, gym, and game room look new. Management and maintenance teams are responsive and caring.
