The staff is all very friendly. The pool is amazing. It is always clean and never over packed. I can’t wait to try the jacuzzi- it’s been closed since I moved in hopefully it will reopen soon.

Great staff
Lovely pool area
Quiet neighbors
4 stars due to other dog owners not picking up after dogs around community and in dog park. Vandalized dog park.
It's been said by other renters my rent will increase every year.

Overall a good place to live but wish the walls were a little thicker. You can sometimes hear neighbor’s conversations. I also wished that all residents picked up after their dogs. It has gotten out of control lately. Most neighbors seem nice and Ali in the office is very helpful.

i found a few roaches but other than that its been good. community is quiet besides kids running and dogs barking. sometimes trail is flooded or stinks bc people have a hard time picking up poop.
