I love living here! Close enough to the beaches, downtown Venice and downtown Sarasota! I’ve loved living here for 3 years and have met so many amazing people and made lifelong friends!

I've been here a week so far and love it here. I've never live in an apartment before because of all the horror stories. I can definitely say that is not true with this place clean and super nice. Completely quiet at night. I haven't had a chance to check out the amenities here but it all looks extra clean and nice. I would definitely say you should check this place out.

If I could rate this place is zero I would. Most terrible place to live. Staff has gone down hill. They need to go back to school and learn what hospitality really is.

Quiet and respectful community. Still waiting for hurricane damage from last year to be repaired on premises/lot. Dog park fence/gate damaged, vandalized. Office staff pleasant. Food trucks are nice treat.
