This unit was rushed to “finish” to move us in. The adhesive for the floors would ooze every time it rained significantly, to the point my dog was poisoned. There was still painters tape, compound mud, and pencil circles in ALL rooms when we left. The paint in both full baths was bubbled and peeling, and black mold in the fan and on the ceiling in the half bath. The AC broke no less than 10 times. We had to stay in hotels and Airbnbs more frequently than we stayed in the unit. The management office treats residents like valued customers, which in my experience, is difficult to find with rental properties. The onsite team here is fantastic, from the maintenance to the front desk staff to the office manager - they are all pleasant and helpful.

ID Oakland park is a new modern townhome that feels luxurious and had a good security system. It is located in a safe neighborhood with all required amenities near by.

The house is so beautiful! And the community, so nice. Asia is sweet, patient, and facilitating! She helped me all throughout the process. I am so greatful I chose this place as my new home!
