As a resident it’s amazing living here has all of our needs and everyone who works here are super friendly and helpful if your looking for a great community to live in you don’t have to look any further you will love it here on the avenue on Oakland

The move-in process was very easy and smooth overall, which made the transition much less stressful. The team was helpful and responsive, providing assistance whenever it was needed. There were a few situations that came up along the way, but they were handled promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated how quickly everything was addressed, making the entire experience feel organized and well managed.

My apartment is just the best for my husband and me. We have an open first floor patio which we love to watch the sunsets from and we have an end unit which is easy for us to access the parking lot from as we are elderly. Our apartment is quite large even with being a one bedroom. This is our second year here and is very quiet and the grounds are well kept.
