I used to love it here my 5th year will be my last. Noisy staff rude and stand offish new management has put huge fee increases for EVERYTHING the one thing that is the worst is the employees who work here dont get held to the same rules and restrictions as the people who pay full rent, we suffer

I live here and just signed our third lease. Love living here. Peaceful, nice neighbors, nice staff. One man at the guard shack tells evey person " welcome home" every day.

They have people constantly walking around were the lake is ,not a good place to put a public sidewalk , close to the patios, there have been drug addicts people of all kinds, talking loud on phones,drinking and kauking into your apt no privacy, not respectful of us living here. walking after dusks this is dangerous for single parents, elderly and those with disabilities and children. No one should be walking around here all hours of the night. Most of the people that work here live here... that's not right! Read More

I have a 2/2 , the apartment is roomy and bright with a nice patio area. It is a gated community and they are very friendly. My kitchen is nice size and I like the fact its not a galley.the kitchen and living rooms are in the back which makes it nice and private. The bedrooms are in the front, but they do a great job keeping it quite. No pest inside. But this is Florida there are ants out side on the grounds.my only complaint each year they have raised the rent $25. And I can hear my neighbors... moving around upstairs. They take excellent care of the property. Families and seniors as well as college students live here. Every month the management offers activities you can get involved in.office staff are friendly and helpful. It is full of shade trees and they are pet friendly. I am away from hustle of traffic but only minutes away from everything you could need. This is horse country with class. Read More
