Disappointed

They Don’t maintain the lake(one of the main selling points here, it’s drying out, they haven’t bothered to fix the fountain for 6 months. Gym is bad, security takes forever to check in individual cars. Fences are falling into other peoples patios. However you pay rent, they will find a way to Up charge you with convenience fees no matter how you pay(from $4 to $55) you WILL PAY EXTRA. Your rent will increase every year, and they will find a way to give you less all while charging you more. Used… to love it but this place seems to have stopped caring.

Used to love it here

I used to love it here my 5th year will be my last. Noisy staff rude and stand offish new management has put huge fee increases for EVERYTHING the one thing that is the worst is the employees who work here dont get held to the same rules and restrictions as the people who pay full rent, we suffer

welcome home

I live here and just signed our third lease. Love living here. Peaceful, nice neighbors, nice staff. One man at the guard shack tells evey person " welcome home" every day.

unfriendly, unwelcoming

They have people constantly walking around were the lake is ,not a good place to put a public sidewalk , close to the patios, there have been drug addicts people of all kinds, talking loud on phones,drinking and kauking into your apt no privacy, not respectful of us living here. walking after dusks this is dangerous for single parents, elderly and those with disabilities and children. No one should be walking around here all hours of the night. Most of the people that work here live here… that's not right!
