Attentive, Peaceful, Cozy Home

I have had great experiences since moving into Carrington Lane in May of 2025. I had previously lived in this complex when it was under a different management and a different name. The new management pays attention to its residents. The ladies in the office are kind and resolve issues immediately when notified. All maintenance staff make themselves available to assist with anything, even if they see you in the parking lot and you let them know you need help. The property is cared for as well. If... you have a family and children, there are CONSTANT activities going on each month that are showcased via electronic newsletter and texts.

Overall, I would recommend Carrington Lane. I love my unit and my home is my sanctuary.

Black Mold, leaking roofs

This place is nasty!!!! Do not believe the over edited photos on the website.

The units are riddled with black mold, roofs constantly leak, poorly maintained, and they absolutely stink.

Some maintenance guys do not care. Just slap paint over it and call it a day.

This complex should be shut down for health violations

Best place to call Home!

Carrington Lane is in a prime location in Ocala! it is so easy to get from one side of town to the other, just minutes from downtown Ocala! I love how established the community feels with all of the lush trees and landscape. The new pool renovations are just lovely and I really enjoy lounging in the hammocks on the pool deck. Office staff is always welcoming and host thoughtful and fun community events each month. If you are looking for a new place to call home I would highly recommend... Carrington Lane!

Friendly staff, welcoming community

Friendly and Comfortable Community

The staff are friendly and attentive to all issues that may arise. The amenities are well kept and updated often. The staff do a great job at creating a community at Carrington by hosting numerous social events for residents and keeping the property clean and personable. I will be resigning and recommend it to my friends!
