Maintenance Staff are amazing. Literally the moment he have an issue no matter how minor they are there to fix it and show professionalism and integrity and friendliness.. I trust those maintenance folks. Even if I had a simple question they take the time to answer the question in a way that’s understandable and go to my apartment to fix it. Top tier maintenance.

Hospitality I had a amazing time at the the grove. Chris was very polite and attentive. Chris showed me and my mother margarette Lue two beautiful apartments of our interest and explained to us in great detail the amenities that the tenants have access to. He was patient with me and my mother and answered all our questions. I would recommend anyone to visit the grove and recommend both Chris and Tricia as well. Chris went over everything as far as how to apply and what was needed. I can honestly... say he was very welcoming to me and my family and we felt welcomed here at the grove. He is helping us achieve our goal of becoming tenants here and I appreciate his help.
