-Rental History: Positive, verifiable rental history required
- Income Verification: Minimum 2 months of paystubs or tax returns
- Income Requirement: Minimum 2.5x the rent (e.g., $1,200 x 2.5 = $3,000/month income required)
- Occupancy Limit: Max 2 people per bedroom
- Parking: Max 2 cars per unit
