The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air from blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. Extra blankets or pillows can be provided for a fee of $40, as extra linens are not stocked for the sleeper sofa. The unit is not childproofed. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4 PM or after, and guests are asked to confirm their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in.
