Guests have access to a range of amenities and facilities during their stay, including private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a modern elevator, shuffleboard courts, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, free parking, and on-site laundry facilities. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. There is a $500 fee for smoke damage if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property.
