The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. This house is professionally managed by a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases.
