No access to pool/ roaches/ wasps nest/garbage everywhere

Been here for 2 years, its old they don’t maintain it , the pool is green and its the middle of summer they did the same last year, huge roach problem, mold , crappy windows ac units even the they advertise central air, worst spot to get in and out in traffic right onPark Ave one one way in and out right by 295 so it can take you 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot.its better that homeless but they rake less and less care of this place every day.

Awesome living

Love living here. Beautiful spot and has big units with second bathroom. Management cares and spent money on this place!!! Gym and pool situation primo.

Great service

My friend lives here and every time I go visit the outside is always nice m. I see maintenance putting up new landscapes. Very nice environment. When we went to the office they alwere all nice. There's a spanish maintenance man I think his name is Juan he is always polite and we always do small talk. Just very nice place.

Great place to call home

I moved to Florida from Ohio about 6 months ago. I was not sure what to expect, but all of the staff has made this an enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful in helping me find my way around the city. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and I enjoy the layout. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the Jacksonville/Orange Park area.
