Quiet hours should be observed after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. As part of a triplex, you may hear some noise from neighboring guests, so please be mindful and keep noise levels low from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety, and it does not record inside the home. If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages, the cost must be covered by the guest.
