The pool is temporarily out of service for maintenance, but the rest of the apartment is in perfect condition and ready for you to enjoy. There are other units on the property, so some noise is possible. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open, so please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. There’s a security camera outside by the entrance for everyone’s safety and it doesn’t record anything inside the home.
