The parking area is shared with other guests, and your designated parking spot is located on the right side of the roadway, just before the tree. This space accommodates one car only. Any additional vehicles can be parked on the street at your own risk, as it is open parking.

This unit shares walls and a ceiling with another unit, but is very well insulated to minimize noise. As the property has multiple independent units, you may hear occasional noise from neighboring guests. Quiet hours are between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). All dogs must be declared in advance. A crate is required if the pet is left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside.
