Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited on the property, and violations may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund. Late departures will incur a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. The property is not liable for any injuries sustained by using the pool; please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Access cards for clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as packages cannot be received or stored; guests may use nearby Amazon lockers. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only.
