Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited on the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes may incur an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property; any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are currently unavailable, and water play is also unavailable. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance.
