Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. All guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost. No mailbox is available. USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as we cannot receive or store packages. Guests may also use nearby Amazon lockers.
