I am managing this property and am looking for a roommate to occupy a small room for $600 monthly and a medium room for $800/month, with… the rest of the house being a shared space.
The shared space is the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen, living room, patio, and dining room in the pictures above.
There is one bathroom shared amongst three co-tenants (including yourself.)
There is a $1000 secuirity deposit. You MUST have renters insurance.
I highly prefer students in a college around their mid 20’s and or are going to school.
I desire genuine good character, and I ask simply for respect, communication, and honesty. That will be returned mutually.
