A Peaceful & Considerate Shared Home
This is intended to be a quiet, respectful household rather than a social or party house.

• Speakerphone calls are not permitted in shared/common areas
• Shared spaces should be left clean and tidy after use
• No parties or gatherings
• Visitors are not permitted to use the home as a social or hangout space
• No overnight guests or sleepovers
• Unauthorized overnight guests are subject to a $100 per-night charge, as outlined in the rental agreement
