Not recommended to live. When it rains, the windows leak. The air conditioners are also old and cannot cool the apartments. Because there’s a school next-door you cannot get into the building.

The structural integrity of the building is evident from all the chunks of concrete falling off parking garages. 10 years worth of leaks from the pool. The parking lot leaks.. window glazing on the entire building allows leaks into units. Black mold to form. Building leasing office does not tell anybody these truths.

This place is run like Disney World. All of the employees are very friendly, professional, and happy to work here. Any maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and professionally. All in all a great place to live - I highly recommend checking it out.

I've never been ripped off so badly in my life. Don't be fooled by the fake, superficial fixes they've done to this building in the last 8 months, these apartments are outdated, inefficient, and cheaply made. If you do get tricked into leasing an apartment here, be sure to bring some earplugs and extra cooling fans. The thin glass windows and cheap flimsy blinds (if you can even call them that) allow noise from every bar in downtown to blast into your apartment Wednesday-Sunday night.
Also, be... sure to take into consideration the insane utility prices you will need to pay to air condition even the smallest one bedroom apartment. Not that it does much, the sun blares into my living room for most of the morning making it impossible for me to sit on my couch without sunglasses on. Because of this design flaw, my apartment is 85 degrees by noon everyday no matter how hard I try to blast the ac.
Don't bother trying to contact any of the women in the leasing office after you have signed your lease and moved in. They don't care. They implement new restrictions and fees on Friday afternoons and then refuse to respond to resident issues until the following week. I've never seen such ambivalence and disrespect to residents by staff in my life. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration the residents here spend trying to get any issues addressed in a timely manner and take your money elsewhere.
