From signing the lease I should have known what a horrible place this would be. They tried to backtrack on the deal they gave us when we did the tour and tried gaslighting us into thinking it was never part of the contract.
After move in the apartment was inhabitable , roaches all over the place inside the dish washer and fridge, coming out of every sink and drain.
We tried submitting maintenance requests multiple times only to be ignored. We ended up moving that entire first weeks to a... different place while it got handled. They refused to call pest control and it wasn’t until we called them from our personal phones in front of the property manager that she scheduled the pest control service, this was after 4 days of going in daily to ask any updates.
The problem did not go away until me and my roommate did our own pest control since they kept on refusing to call their company.
While living there amenities were constantly unkept. Pool being closed during hours of use, trash valet not efficient and they left broken bags and trash all over the grass. Pool bathroom being closed and when requested for it to be open they would never show up to help.
After the management change people at the office started being rude, when asked about something their response is “we don’t know” and they don’t even make an effort in trying to help.
At night there’s neighbors that like to run their car around the complex so if you are hoping for a good sleep forget about it. They start around midnight and go for hours; Blasting music from their speakers and yelling late in the night.
Once the end of the lease was approaching their attitude turned aggressive after being told we were not renewing the lease. At first they tried calling multiple times a day to ask us to reconsider about renewing the lease. After a while they just stopped answering questions about the process. If you call and it’s not an opportunity for them to sell they cut you off multiple times until they are able to end the call.
For the extinguisher maintenance they kept on postponing it. Would ask us to leave the extinguisher outside and at the end of the day it was still not up to date.
Our smoke alarm was broken, it would go off at random hours of the night and during the day whenever the stove was on. We ask for the batteries to be changed and for maintenance to help check it out, they were never able to solve the problem.

Just a few temperatures my apartment has reached over the last 8 days without AC.

This office will NOT communicate with you - you will have to chase them down for answers, and they never know anything. It seems like maintenance and the office don’t communicate with each other, because any time I have asked the office for answers, they say they have to reach out to maintenance. Maintenance does not update work orders. You will be left in the dark.

They did give me a small AC unit... for the time being, which barely cools my room. The temperatures I listed are WITH the AC unit they gave me. And I can’t cook anything in my oven or on my stove, or the apartment is unbearably hot. Running my dryer? Forget about it.

I even emailed corporate, no answer. I finally saw a maintenance guy outside through my Ring camera and flagged him down and he said, “Oh yeah, the wrong part came in so we had to order another one. Probably tomorrow.” NO ONE HAS COMMUNICATED ANYTHING WITH ME!!!! In fact, the last time I went into the office 2 days ago (because good luck with them ever answering the phone), the woman in there said, “yeah I already spoke with you.” Yeah girl, that was 5 days ago, and I haven’t heard a single thing since! She then texted me saying that it would be fixed the following morning. When it wasn’t fixed the following morning, I texted that same line (which is the number stated in our online portal as an official number to text) looking for an update, and never received a response.

All of this is also indicative of my entire time here. I have to chase down the office for communication. I’ve texted so many times without a response, emailed, and called without any answers. Maintenance will mark work orders as completed when they are not, and will not write anything in the work order for updates.

I regret that I renewed my lease. This place sucks, and the office has 0 people skills.

Recently left this complex after being a resident since 2019 since then I had to deal with different office people and property managers who had no clue of current situations , no matter how much pest control and cleanliness of my apartment had to deal with a bad roach infestation that was mostly thur out the whole building
Then about 3 year of me living in my same apartment all the old viynal flooring start to Crack and lift up around the edges of my walls old wood cabinets started to fall... even though the complex promotes new updated interior since I moved in once I brought to their attention I was information I would have to come out of pocket to pay for everything before of "damages" from things that were CLEARLY wear and tear this complex is a joke and ran unprofessional please save your self time and look somewhere else Read More

Apartamentos muy amplios y bonito espacio. Grupo de trabajo son muy bien trabajan bien y son equipo bien- recomiendo todos.

Nice place and space. Unirse here are spacious and has alot of storage. Property is good and staff is always feiendsly. I recommend to all.
